Symphonic Band

A few words from our Band President and Vice President 2024-25

Cheyenne Bird- The Symphonic Band is a group of individuals who come together to make amazing things happen. This band becomes a family every year and without fail do amazing things. We have amazing support from our directors and we couldn't do it without them. In this band we are always striving to be better. I am so proud of our music department and I can't wait to see the future of it!

Kyle McGinnis- The Valley View Symphonic Band is unlike any other. We strive towards perfection in every rehearsal, performance, and competition. We have amazing musicians in this band as well as two fantastic teachers, Mrs. Abner and Mr. Jacobs. As a band we are always pushing ourselves to our limits to ensure that we are the best that we could possible be. As Mrs. Abner once said, “You should feel uncomfortable in here. You won’t learn anything and get better if you feel comfortable.”
